Architecture — QuantChain

SQEP-Zero is built on a SHA-256 HashChain that produces tamper-evident receipts for every action. We call this architecture QuantChain — a deterministic, post-quantum encrypted security layer (ML-KEM-768, NIST FIPS 203) where every decision can be verified mathematically.

• HashChain — the cryptographic foundation. SHA-256 linked receipts, append-only, verifiable from genesis to head.
• SigmaZero — the encryption engine. AEAD sealing, key wrapping, receipt generation.
• Quaggy — the AI operator. Deterministic decisions, each one a verifiable receipt.
• Zoe — the orchestrator. Context memory, safety guardrails, sovereign policies.
• QSeed — the perception layer. Adaptive perceptual enhancement.
