How the HashChain works

  • Cryptographic receipts: every action produces a SHA-256 receipt with timestamp, actor, and action type.
  • Immutable chain: each receipt links to the previous via hash — append-only, tamper-evident.
  • Public verification: recalculate hashes from genesis to head — zero trust in the issuer required.
  • Post-quantum encrypted: ML-KEM-768 (NIST FIPS 203) + ChaCha20-Poly1305 for authenticated post-quantum encryption.

Share-Key Encryption

Agree on a code with your contact (for example: Ocean-Piano-91), then use it to encrypt and decrypt files. The code never leaves your device; only the derived key is sent to the API.
